Our instructors maintain all current certifications and continue to implement all current safety regulations and guidelines. Our vision is to expand course offerings and grow our team to offer our clients the most complete and comprehensive trainings available. |

Rob Plummer
Owner/Lead Instructor
Rob Plummer brings over 16 years of field experience as a dedicated instructor.
His passion lies in ensuring safety, equipping professionals, and making a positive impact.
His hands-on experience enriches his teaching and his expertise in rescue systems and rigging instruction makes him a valuable instructor.
Rob’s commitment extends beyond the classroom. He serves as Captain for the Charleston Fire Department and is a Division Leader of the MABAS 26 Technical Rescue Team, contributing to emergency response excellence.
Rob holds certifications such as Chief Fire Officer, Incident Safety Officer, Rope Rescue Technician, Confined Space Rescue Technician, Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic and many more .
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Science from Eastern Illinois University and currently teaches various safety courses for both Lakeland Community College and the University of Illinois Fire Service programs.
His passion lies in ensuring safety, equipping professionals, and making a positive impact.
